G\u00f6nderiler e-posta vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zetlerin de\u011ferlendirilmesi k\u00f6r hakemlik usul\u00fc ile yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r; bu sebeple l\u00fctfen \u00f6zetlerinizde herhangi bir bi\u00e7imde anonimli\u011fi bozacak bir bilginin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan emin olunuz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zetlerinizi &#8216;<strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">odtulisansfelkon@gmail.com<\/span><\/strong> &#8216; adresine \u201c1 Mart 2020 saat: 23.59\u2019a\u201d kadar g\u00f6nderiniz. \u00d6zetler \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lacak de\u011ferlendirme sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 \u201c15 Mart 2020\u201d tarihinde \u201columlu\u201d veya \u201columsuz\u201d olarak taraf\u0131n\u0131za bildirilecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De\u011ferlendirme ve Kabul<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zetler hakk\u0131nda son \u201cret\u201d ve \u201ckabul\u201d de\u011ferlendirmeleri hakemlerden al\u0131nan geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerin en y\u00fcksek puandan en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck puana do\u011fru s\u0131ralanmas\u0131 ve en y\u00fcksek puan alanlar\u0131n sunum program\u0131na dahil edilmesi ile olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Kongre Hakk\u0131nda Genel Bilgiler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kongremizde her konu\u015fmac\u0131ya 30 dakika sunum 30 dakika soru-cevap olmak \u00fczere 1 saat ayr\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kongre \u00f6ncesinde tan\u0131\u015fma toplant\u0131s\u0131 sonunda veda yeme\u011fi belirtilecek olan yer ve zamanda yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131m \u00fccreti bulunmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kongremiz olanak yetersizli\u011finden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n masraflar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layamamaktad\u0131r.
